ACG Education is New Zealand’s largest privately owned provider of educational services with over 1,300 employees across multiple sites in New Zealand, Indonesia and Vietnam.  

We are looking for an experienced and customer focussed Advisor to join our fresh and energetic People Team in this newly created role.  

This role has a true generalist focus working with and supporting two HR Managers and their key stakeholders across a portfolio of vocational colleges.  People and culture programs and practices are for the most part still in development or under review, so there is plenty of opportunity to be part of exciting change, but also the need to get your hands dirty in the transactional and day to day operational space.  

Your time will be split between ACG Education’s head office in Ponsonby and the various campuses across Auckland.  From time to time you may need to travel within New Zealand.  

You will have proven experience working as an HR Advisor in a generalist capacity, but we are especially interested in a reasonable level of ER experience, excellent knowledge of current NZ employment legislation, and a desire to work with leaders to implement people solutions for ACG.  We want to work with someone who is solutions focussed, has a collaborative style, is able to build good relationships and resolve issues in a timely and pro-active manner.   

This is ideally a full time role however we are open to considering a part time arrangement (please state your preference in your cover letter).
