About the role:
We are seeking an Administrator to assist the Academic Quality Manager with administrative tasks related to the Teacher Performance Appraisals.  

The role will be primarily responsible for conducting Student Teacher and Tutor surveys across our schools. The Administrator will administer the survey to each of the nominated classes using Survey Monkey and iPads dedicated to the survey.   

The position:
  • Liaise with senior administrative assistants to handle queries, and to develop the survey and appraisal schedules
  • Upload the survey data to Survey Monkey
  • Administer the surveys to nominated classes using Survey Monkey and iPads dedicated to the survey
  • Download the survey data and save as pdf files
  • Prepare documents
  • Scan documents and upload to the ACG LMS
  • Book travel for Academic Quality Manager
  • Other administrative work as/when required
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent eye for detail and proof reading skills
  • Excellent knowledge and application of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ensure high quality output
