Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the eLearning Champion will be responsible for facilitating and delivering training for eLearning platforms to our teachers and tutors across the business
Duties include:
• Planning and delivery of engaging, and tailored, demonstrations of technology and software products
• Ensuring training resources are appropriate and adequate, supported by reference materials and tools
• Maintaining internal training trackers
• Implement methods to define training needs
• Monitor training quality outputs to identify improvement opportunities
• Establish a ‘trusted adviser’ approach
• Identify, develop and disseminate new initiatives and ideas which better support teaching and training outcomes.
Skills/Experience:• Experience of working within Education, ideally as a NZ register teacher
• Proven ability to engage with learners and enhance their knowledge and understanding
• Demonstrated ability around the use of information technology and systems
• Motivation to work autonomously
• Innovation to create and design new ways of working
• Excellent communication skills
• A service focused and collaborative approach
• Ability to thrive and get results in transforming environments
• Current drivers licence and exclusive use of a vehicle
