This role is full-time and reports to the Head of Brand and is based in Ponsonby, Auckland. 

In this role you will:

Oversee all aspects of production of ACG print and digital materials, often of multiple prospectus and brochures including, project management; copy editing; fact checking; quality assurance stages. 

You will be the key person and coordinator for ACG Education’s publication schedule and perform a variety of writing, editorial duties.

Role Purpose: 

The Publisher oversees all aspects of production of ACG print and digital materials, often of multiple prospectus and brochures including, project management; copy editing; fact checking; quality assurance stages. 

The Publisher serves as the key person and coordinator for ACG Education’s yearly prospectus publication(s), and performs a variety of writing, editorial duties.

The role will be responsible for:
• The development of and then the project management of a yearly publishing schedule
• Overseeing and organising all aspects of publication production, including, copy editing, fact checking and quality assurance stages
• Ensuring all publication is consistent with brand and of a high quality with no mistakes  
• Production schedules and printing deadlines are met 
• Proofreading and support to the Head of Brand for other design jobs including advertising and any other documentation or materials

Brand Team Membership:

• Effectively contribute to the wider achievements of the brand team, maintain awareness of all activities and support the success of these
• Drive the creation of strong internal working relationships and ensure that the internal customers are provided with the highest level of customer service through effective performance of the marketing team
• Contribute to creating a centre of excellence for ACG Education brands
• Work collaboratively with other communications advisors to ensure consistency and also provide support where necessary to corporate, schools and vocational brands
